B’OR HA’TORAH is published by the SHAMIR Publishing House and Association of Religious Professionals from the Former USSR in Israel. A non-profit organization striving to rebuild the Jewish identity of Russian-speaking Jews, SHAMIR lacks the resources to support its English-language journal, B’OR HA’TORAH.

B’OR HA’TORAH does not receive any foundation grants.

Although B’OR HA’TORAH receives private donations, they do not cover the total expenses of the journal.
